Mike Mullan - the Chairman of the FDTC is the Director of HR and Corporate Change for United Dairy Farmers, N' Ireland's leading dairy business. Mike is now in his second period as a board member of the council and has extensive experience of the sector having worked in HR leadership roles for several leading national food companies including Moy Park and Northern Foods. Mike is a
member of the CBI employment affairs committee and a board member of both Sentinus, Corrymeela and Tides.

Geoff Lamb - Business Development Manager with the FDTC. As well as having extensive experience of the food and packaging industries, Geoff holds an MBA from the University of Ulster and is a member of the MBA Association of Ireland. He is also a member of both the Institute of Physics and CIPD.






Karen Martin - company secretary of the FDTC. She has a wide range of experience in administration in business including the food industry both here and in London.
